OVERALL PURPOSE
Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll join our team as a Senior Talent Partner. The purpose of this role will be to secure the best talent against our hiring forecasts, while simultaneously helping us develop, optimise, and embed department specific bespoke hiring processes and strategies.
Our Talent Acquisition team operates with speed, delivering quality hires. Our next phase of growth requires a focus on strategic elements which include targeted sourcing strategies, process enhancements and delivery, training development and facilitation, reporting, employer branding and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition and Attraction
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of efficient hiring processes and sourcing strategies aligned to specific departmental headcount growth.
- Leverage sourcing channels to attract talent, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to evaluate and identify the best talent for open roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Advise, train and coach hiring managers on how to support the forecasted growth of the company through critical evaluation of forecasted growth targets vs people requirements now and in the future.
- Build strategic partnerships with hiring managers offering insights on market trends, talent availability, and effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure you always have a clear understanding of business and team requirements (team structure, role requirements, team dynamics, culture fit) by staying close to hiring managers and other key stakeholders during the full hiring process.
- Regularly share progress updates and communicate transparently to stakeholders to build credibility and influence decision making.
- Confidently create and conduct hiring training to hiring teams on a continuous basis.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Ensure data quality and integrity at all times.
- Prepare and present regular department specific reports and retros on talent acquisition metrics and performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes, quality of hire and retention.
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor degree in a relevant HR field or equivalent
- 5+ years experience working within an RPO environment or in-house talent acquisition function.
- A focus on technical hiring within a FinTech or Tech organisation is advantageous
- Proven experience working effectively with and managing multiple business stakeholders at all levels
- Track record of successfully filling vacancies from entry-level through to leadership roles
- Strong sourcing and hiring process facilitation skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and best practise for utilisation
- Exposure to reporting and making data driven decisions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
