About The IT Operations Team

Our IT Operations team is the internal support of Yoco, ensuring seamless device management, security, and collaboration across the company. We optimize and automate workflows within Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, JAMF, and Figma, enabling teams to work securely and efficiently. From scaling IT infrastructure to supporting business growth, we keep Yoco running smoothly with a strong focus on automation, security, and user experience overall!

About The Role

We require a Junior IT Support Engineer to join our IT Support team. As we continue to grow, we have identified the need to bring onboard an additional member to the team to support the wider business.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and research solutions to resolve hardware, software and system issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration on macOS
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged and in a timely manner
  • Follow up with end users to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Maintain jovial relationships with our Yoco peeps

About You

  • 1-2 years experience
  • Hands-on experience with macOS environments
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues of varying difficulty
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk or FreshService)
  • Keeping Documentation up to date
  • Insurance claims
